OwnerWith 25 years of experience in the insulation industry, Greg founded Impact Insulation to help homeowners create more comfortable and energy-efficient homes. He takes pride in providing honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and personal service from the initial evaluation through project completion.
Outside of work, Greg is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his family, firing up the barbecue, and coaching jiu-jitsu. The same values he brings to coaching—discipline, patience, and attention to detail—guide the way he serves every Impact Insulation customer.
Casie Fritz
Office AdministrationCasie helps keep Impact Insulation running smoothly by supporting scheduling, customer communication, and day-to-day office operations. She is hardworking, organized, and committed to providing homeowners with a friendly and helpful experience from their first call through project completion.
Outside of work, Casie is a dedicated mother who enjoys fitness and training jiu-jitsu. Her discipline, positive attitude, and strong work ethic make her an important part of the Impact Insulation team.
